Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the workshop start date, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel your registration between 7 and 13 days before the workshop start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the workshop fee.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date.‍
• Transferring Registration: You may transfer your registration to another person at any time without incurring any additional fees. Please notify us of the transfer as soon as possible, providing the new participant's name and contact information.

• Workshop Cancellation: Kilts Farm reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Notification: If Kilts Farm cancels a workshop, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, typically via email.‍
• Refunds/Rescheduling: Participants will be offered the choice of a full refund of the workshop fee or the opportunity to reschedule for a future workshop (subject to availability).

• Joining the Waitlist: If a workshop is full, you may have the option to join a waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the workshop.
• Notification of Availability: If a spot becomes available, we will notify the first person on the waitlist via email.
• Response Time: You will have a limited time (e.g., 24-48 hours) to respond and complete your registration for the newly available spot. If you do not respond within the specified timeframe, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
• No Payment Required to Join: There is no fee or payment required to join a waitlist. Payment is only required if and when you are offered a spot and choose to register.‍
• Waitlist Expiration: The waitlist for a specific workshop will typically close [e.g., 24 hours] before the workshop start date, or once all available spots are filled.

To cancel your workshop registration, please send an email to [Insert Kilts Farm's Email Address, e.g., workshops@kiltsfarm.org] with your name, the workshop name, and the date of the workshop.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies), Kilts Farm may consider requests for refunds outside of the standard policy. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
